What are your business hours?

Our practice hours are from 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. Appointments can be made by telephoning our practice on (02) 9680 8800.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

• Your referral letter
• A completed "New Patient" Form (Click Here to download)
• All relevant scans and xrays (especially sinus CT scans)
• All test results (hearing tests, skin prick tests, etc)
• Medicare card, DVA card, Pension Card
• Private Hospital Insurance Information

How do I cancel an appointment?

Telephone the office during business hours on (02) 9680 8800. Please cancel at least 1 day ahead so that your appointment time can be allocated to another patient who is seeking treatment.

How long is the wait to see Dr Singh?

There is typically a 1-3 month wait to see Dr Singh. If you need to be seen quicker, please let the receptionist know as we can usually fit you in when someone else cancels.

Help! I need to be seen URGENTLY! What do I do?

Please talk to your GP - we have a system in place that ensures urgent appointments are usually seen within one week.
